Torrey Pines Park

Checked out of the Old Town Inn this morning and drove to UCSD and Scripps Oceanographic Institute. It’s a beautiful drive to come over the hill from the UCSD campus and see the Pacific coast laid out before you. The back to the campus to see the Geisel (Dr. Seuss) library and the Salk Institute. The library is gorgeous, but the new Salk Institute is really pretty pedestrian. Then to Torrey Pines Park to see the views and walk around the ranger’s house.
