We made it to the Anchorage library, where we accessed email to get Marcia nd Denny Hamilton's number so we could meet them in Seattle. Then we went to the airport and had a few glitches.

1. We were carrying 3 full water bottles. Arthur emptied them while we waited.

2. I had a small Daisy-Fresh bottle. We waited again while I managed to put it in my plastic bag along with the other tiny liquids.

3. Natan's backpack didn't pass inspection, because he had put the Ulu knife for Ben in his backpack. While Arthur and Natan waited, I ran (in stocking feet) back with the Ulu knife and Arthur's backpack, and checked them on the plane.

4. Coming back (shoe-less) through security once again, it turns out that my Leatherman tool was in my purse. Curses! I didn't have anything more I could check, so I had to mail it. Oy.

Finally got through security and on the plane. Gorgeous views of the Kenai ice fields and glaciers from the plane.
