Today we woke up late and had a late brunch and drove along the Vermilion Lakes and along the hoodoos.

We had a quick lunch at a deli and then went whitewater rafting. Both Aron and Natan were allowed to paddle part of the time, and Aron was allowed to pilot a bit. We went through a couple of class 3 rapids, but mostly class 2s. It was delightful.

Another early dinner at Earl’s, and then a trip to Upper Hot Springs in Banff where we all sat in the naturally hot sulfured pool. They refill it every morning with hot water from the springs at 40°C. By evening it’s a bit cooler. I’d say it was about 95°F. Natan and Aron slept with us again and Bop and I packed to make an early start to Jasper tomorrow.
